with subsidiaries: Forma Books, Forma Contract and Forma Magazines. Forma is one of the largest publishers of books and magazines, and is a leader in contract publishing. In addition, television and web production and events are important elements in Forma's offer.

Forma Publishing Group has offices in Stockholm, Västerås, Malmö, Helsinki and Tallinn. The company employs approximately 400, of whom 320 work in Sweden. The Group has annual sales of SEK 900 million.
